I am applying for ILR in jan 2012 at Croydon.

I entered UK on 28th Jan 2007( 1 yr wp), Got wp extended in jan 2008(1 yr extn), Got Tier 1 in April 2008( 3 yrs),got Tier 1 extended in april 2011(2 yrs).

changed employer in jan 2009.

questions:

1. Am I Ok to apply for ILR any time in Jan.

2. I only have "UK entry clearance" stamp in my passport for first work permit, dont have any other letter. Will this be OK.

I do however have wp extension letter ( as well as visa in passport) and have other home office letters for tier 1.

I have all 5 years p60s and sal slips, have p45 from 1st employer.

is this sufficient proof of my work permits and work before my tier 1?

Thanks in advance.
