hello everyone

i am about to apply for ILR in march 2012. currently i am granted 2 years tier 1 (PSW). and have been under student visas for 8 years before.

My question is when i look at form (O) which i think my category would be tier 1 (general) migrant, it is said that it is based on the point system, and i have to get 75 points.

i am so worried now, as the total of my points is only 50 points.

To get another 25 points, i have to earned £40,000 a year. My salary is not up to that amount.

please advice on this point base system.many thanks to everyone.

thanks!!

1. If u are applying under the 10 year long residency then looks like u have not read the form and the guidance properly.
2. U are not applying under working category but long residence.
3. A good read of the form and the guidance will help you to understand the requirements.
