Hi all,

I am on 5 year Workpermit issue from 11-Jan-2007, I got Visa on 23-Jan-2007 and entered in UK 07-Feb-2007,

I haven't got time to extend workpermit(my employer prob), my visa gonna expire on 23-Jan-2012,

Am I eligible for ILR?

Please suggest right time to apply ILR.

Should I apply via post?

Another Issue:-
I have four P60, Three are showing 35K salary according to Workpermit and one is 28K.

Is it OK?

Please suggest what i can do...

It should be fine. You can apply for 28 days earlier than your 5 years. So you can apply now with necessary paperwork. Your salary should be fine as long as your occupation meets SOC code appropriate salary. If you don't have P60, you can ask HMRC to issue 'Employment History' those years.
