How Oisc Advisors Pay At Peo Croydon onbehalf of clients

hi,

I will be applying for ILR in next 2-3 months time. I am thinking of taking full representation services offered by most of the OISC advisors in london area.

But I got a doubt, how OISC advisors pay at PEO crodon whenever they represent clients using SET(O) form for ILR using same day premium services. Since they cant use clients credit or debit card and also postal orders are an expensive solution because of commision charges.

any one have any idea?

Thanks

I have a similar issue. My advisor has offered that he will pay the ukba from his company account and I pay him but not sure if it is general practice. Anyone?

Generally it's by Bankers Draft.

I sent my solicitor a BACs tranfer for 1350 and he paid UKBA.

He's at the Croydon office twice weekly so his payment arrangement with them is well sorted by now!

Hello there,
see my thread:
http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=92372
I have an issue with my Bankers Draft.
My Appoinmtnet is scheduled for tomorrow. (04/01/2012)
I will keep my fingers crossed.
This time I had taken a letter from my Bank manager saying that the issued Banker's cheque is issued by the LLoyds TSB and it is payable to the Home Office. I had submitted my bank statement as well and it's showing the draft amount deducted and service fee of £20.00

And aslo be careful with Solicitors/OISC Advisor's hidden representative same day service fees.

regards,
chrams
