Hi all,

Just received the supporting documents from my accountant.

He has sent me payslips, Dividend vouchers and invoice summary sheet printed on plain white paper signed and stamped by him.

Does this needs to be on his letterhead or my letterhead as well?

Please could someone confirm whether this is ok?

Many thanks,
Jay

the accountant letter should have his/her qualification , registration number on the accountant statement.
If you are a limited company director it is advisable to take bank statements along with you. case worker would like to verify the payments between bank statments to personal statements( to make sure that the personal bank statements are from valid source).
I heard that tier - 1 extension/ILR in the case of limited company directors is going through various checks now like checking the company genuinity etc..

Sure, the accountant letter is fine, has got his ACCA membership number.

The query was about the payslips, dividend vouchers and invoice summary- should it be accountant's letterhead as well? Or should I use my company's letterhead to print it out?

Any advise on this please?

Many thanks,
Jay
