ILR Question

Hi all,
My question is;
1). I read that only one pay slip is enough to prove that salary is at or above the COP. Now my salary jumped from 22k to 26k plus. Will there any problem if I show 2 payslips with new salary and 1 with 22k as I want to apply before 29 February (more likly HO will introduce biometric cards after 29 feb).
Mods please advise me what shall I do. I want to avoid biometric. Do I also need to inform HO for this salary change?
Note: by 28 Feb, i will have 3 payslips but only 2 bank statements (as statement takes few days)
