Hello,
Can someone pls. advise how long is KOL test valid for? I will file in my ILR APPLICATION in Jan 2013 and am hoping to give the test soon rather than later. So, I would like to know is there a EXPIRY DATE or should on e pass the test just before the ILR application.
Also, I have two books : Homeoffioce: life in the uk: a journey to citizenship and Passing the life in the uk test-homeoffice. Are these two books sufficient for the preparation? are there any other latest publications??
Finally, do dependants also need to give the test?
Thanks for your advise in advance,
Khubs

Hello Casa,
Thanks a lot for your reply!!much appreciated.
One more question please:
me and my dependant got married in the UK on 2/4/2011 but he was residing in Birmingham while I was working in London because of two different jobs in different cities. However, he moved to London in October and we started staying together since 23/10/2011. My question is because ILR dependant requirement mentions that main applicant and dependant should have stayed together for minimum of 2 years before application, where does my dependant stand with regard
to ILR application as I am eligible to apply for ILR in Jan 2013? Pls. advise
Many Thanks!
