hi,

as i am nearing my appointment for ILR, i am getting strange queries:

1. can i fill up the set(o) form in pen (black pen?)
2. what documents need photo copying ?
3. my absence is less than 180 days all unpaid - do i still need a sheet mentioning the dates i travelled ?

by the way i am on Tier 1 (not JR)

Thanks

1. yes. you need to use black pen.
2. they didnt take any photocopies of me. But i had photocopied passport, 12 month payslip and bank statements, P60 and few cohab docs.
3. you only need to fill the relevant section of the form with outgoing and incoming dates. no extra sheet needed.

1. Yes.

2. It is advisable to take a copy of all the documents you are keeping along with your application. It will reduce the case workers work lead and your processing will be faster.

3. you still need to mention all your travel dates. If it doesn't fit in the application forum, you need to keep a separate sheet.
