Dear Seniors,

I have been reading this form calmly and really impressed, what an amazing help this form is providing.I have few queries related to my ILR application. Please if someone can answers.

I got my HSMP entry clearance from 13th Sep 2007 to 13 Sep 2009 for 2 years. Then I got it extended for 3 years from 13 Sep 2009 to 13 Sep 2012.

But, I made a late entry for almost 2.5 months. If I calculate I came after 75 days. approx on 23 Nov 2007. My queries are:-

1. I am within 90 days, although very close to 90 days margin, I do not have to apply for 2nd extension, please correct me if I am wrong?

2. What date from, I should be looking for to apply for my ILR application. I am confused. Please if you can confirm

3. Is it easy to get premium service?

Ans1: You need not to apply for extension. You can apply for ILR
Ans2: You should apply close to your visa expiry date (1st week of Sep 2012)
Ans3: I would suggest you to go for premium service definitely, because in case your application is rejected due to some reason, you can at least apply for extension

Can I apply anytime in between 28 days?
If yes, i am eligible to apply from August 18 2012, Please if some one can confirm?
