Hi: i got ILR on 10 years long residency basis my wife got FLRM spouse visa last month she was my dependent of tier 1 from last 2 years with me in uk. some 1 told me she can apply for ILR now and dnt have to wait for further 2 years.even though i got ILR on 10 years basis. can some one confirm this for me plzzzzzz.
