Hi Every one
Some please confirm CCJ default payments(loan/credit card) will come disclosure Scotland 'basic' check or not.
If yes then will that effect ILR?
If you are clear in disclosure Scotland 'basic' check then this means that no CCJ on your name?

Please conform

Thanks
Kris

I don’t think so disclosure Scotland 'basic' check will show any CCJ. I got mine few days ago and it only shows ‘Convictions’ and ‘Cautions’.

You can look in your credit report for any CCJ.

Thanks Linkers
I dont have any CCJ in my credit report. But can i trust credit report 100% and mark no CCJ in the application form?
What will happen if CCJ will come on my name after submission of my application

and will this effect my ILR?

I would suggest two things:

1. Get your basic Scotland disclosure any way.
2. For your peace of mind, get your credit reports from both Experian and Equifax. These are the two main credit reference agencies in UK.

In Equifax there are no CCJ's, only Payments defaults.
Try to register on Experian but this will take 7 days to send this report.
