Please help – not sure abt my ILR eligible date

Hi There,
Could someone please answer my question ASAP. First here are the details
Initial application from outside UK (HSMP) stamped: 30-03-2007Day entered into the UK: 22-04-2007 (23 days later)
When can I apply for ILR. Considering 28 days rule, I will be aeligible for ILR after 25th Mar as per entry date or after 2nd Mar as per visa stamp. Which one is correct.
Please answer my question ASAP. I need to book appointment.

It's based on 5 years residence. You weren't resident until you entered the country. The only exception is if your 5 years is up before your visa expiration in the event that you entered after entry clearance date then they're allowed to use up to 3 months of the interim.

When does your current leave expire?
If it expires on 30/03/2012 then you can apply a max. of 28 days before that date.

Thanks for the replies. That was quick. But my doubt still remains same. My current visa expires on 30/03/2012.
As per Genorp, I will be eligible for ILR after 25/03/2012.
As per nnj10, I will be eligible for ILR after 02/03/2012.
I am not sure whichone is right. Other experts, please reply to my query.
