Hi,

I had my HSMP from July 2008 (application made on 29th Feb 2008) till July 2010 and was renewed as Tier1 till 2013. At the initial stage of application, ILR requirment was that i had to be economically active and i had to pass life in the UK test. Rules are changed now.

How many points do i need to claim to apply for ILR and which box should i tick of SET O form to apply for ILR>

I think you will need to claim 75 points and you will also need to pass life in the UK test along with any dependents who are applying with you

You need the same points as you got in your last 2 applications. You also need to claim salary for last 12 out of 15 months.
