Hi,
1. Can any one please tell me if "VISA" Debit card is acceptable at PEO for same day appointment
2. My Wife's FLR application is on Tuesday and we have just realised that her debit card is "VISA" which is not mentioned in the guidance. Unfortunetly she does not hold any other card
.3 I will be going with her. Can I pay using my Maestro credit card ? Will they allow me entry into PEO ?
thanks for your help.

You can certainly pay using VISA debit card. And if you are allowed, you can pay with your credit/debit card. VISA debit card is mentioned in the form.

Good news - worked just fine on a HSBC Visa Debit card for me today!
I had no problems taking my wife with (who was not a dependent on my application).

Visa debit is actually more reliable than visa alone as you are using your own money and not relying on credit limit.
