Help - Need to decide the earliest day to apply ILR

Hi,
My current leave expired on 11th April 2012.
Can I apply ILR on 14th March or what is the earliest day I can apply?

It depends on what date you were granted entry clearance ?
What date you first entered UK ?

Hi,
First I came to UK in 2004 as astudent and the applied for HSMP. I was in the UK while got the first VISA stamp on HSMP in April 2007. then renewed it for further 3 year in Apr 2009 using judicial review.

You need to apply 28 days before you complete 5 years on work category. 5 years will start from the day of your first HSMP visa which is April 2007 (you didn’t mention the date).

Thanks Linkers. first stamp date 12th April 2007. So what is the earliest date I could apply please?

You can apply 28 days before 12 April 2012 which is Thursday, 15 March 2012.
