Dear All,

Can some one clarify with regard to ILR documents - Payslips. As per the SET(o) guidance (guideseto04091) the payslip need to be the most recent but it must be dated no earlier than one Calendar month before the date of the application. My ILR application is on 10th Feb 2012. Can I use my January 2012 payslip for points calculation?

Any assitstance in clarification will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Sripat

That would be the most recent I guess, unless you are paid weekly ...

If applying for ILR on the basis of Tier-1, all you need is 12 months payslips (out of last 15 months) with you.

If you have earned enough in 8 months, you can even claim that to score points.
