hi i m going to apply my wife ILR ,USE SET(M) APPLICATION FOURm.
ect my wife currently on two years dependent visa sattle person. i got ILR. dec2011.my wife compleateing two years on march 15. can i apply my wife set(m) on march 15 are i nead to wait two years on settle dependenet visa. befor ill apply my wife ILR.her current visa exp dec2013.

ill confuse on two years time line.???

what was your wife's immigration status before she got her current leave to remain?

my wife got STUDENT DEPENDENT when she first came in uk 5 feb 2010. and after that she got hsmp dependent on dec2010. and after that she got ILR DEPENDENT DEC 2011. i m wondring that she got total 2 years in uk 5 feb 2012. is she eligable for ILR are not?? are she have to wait dec2013??? plz help thanqs
