Hello Everyone,

My ILR is due in Mar-12. I am getting confusion with the points on Age. I applied my HSMP on 10/02/2007. That time my age was 29. So I cliamed 10 points under age. I got entry clearance on 30/03/2007. At this time, my age was 30. As per the table, I can get 5 points.

So homany points I can avail under age category for ILR. Is it 10 points or 5 points

Another question. I have a limited company. My earnings are salary and dividends. I don't have any website or logo for my company. So my salary slips and dividend vouchers are just printouts on white papers. However, the amounts can match with the bank statements. Will it be a problem. I am planning to apply for ILR in 1st week of March. Please advise me ASAP.

Thanks,

claim for 10 points since the points are calculated at the time of your first application

Hi,

I'm in the same situation as you. I'm due for ILR in March and getting paid by salary + dividends. I've got an accountant who will be sorting out the dividend vouchers and any other Tax/HMRC/NI reference letters.

Does it matter if your current salary + dividends does not total the maximum amount claimed when I first applied for HSMP (March 2007) which was over 40k pounds? My accountant calculated my pay for 2011 to the minimum salary category and paying minimum tax/ni.

Does not matter, as long as you earn sufficient total points (75+10+10), then it should be alright. Does not have to be same or higher income as last extension.
