URGENT HELP REQURED
Is there a mandatory requirement of providing 5 years P60 or equivalent from HMRC. I could not find this requirement in the SET (O) form. I am self employed and do not get P60.
I am applying with SET (O) form= HSMP+ Tier 1.

Would be grateful for advice
Best Wishes

You could get a letter from your accountant to support your earning. I think they are more interested in money going into your bank account on regular basis so that you can prove you have been financially independent.

Best thing for you is to call HMRC and ask them to post you the full Employment history for the last 5 years if you have had any employment and on top of that ask Self Assement team to send you the copies of your all tax returns for the last 5 years.
tahst will be enough i believe but better ask any Senor member, I am Self Employed as well SO I will do the same at the end of this month :o)

Good Luck

Its good to submit last 5 years p60 and salary slips and bank statements but Is it a must? Can one submit only 12 months Salary Slips, Bank Statements, Tax Returns, etc...?

Just wondering because in my case due to jobless gaps, i don't want to give a negative impression to the case worker hence thinking of submitting 12 months documents for earning to keep things simple. Any senior member please shed some light. cheers

Last 5 years of Financial activity is must, they might ask you about it and dont worry about the employment gaps.

Thanks for your reply mustang. Can you please give me any reference to Home Office's website or any other official document to confirm 5 year earning documents are MUST.

thanks
