Interesting that PSW is not present on this list. Perhaps this suggests it will go from 6th April also but that is just an educated guess.

i was checking for ILR . they have increased 20 pounds in that. Thats acceptable....

Subject to parliamentary approval the Government hopes to bring the new fees into force from 6th April 2012.

PBS Route are the most increased !! it's not clear if they are same for ILR under PBS route or not.

Tier 1 (General): PEO, main applicant
current £1,300
Proposed £1,800

Tier 1 (General): PEO, each dependant
current £650
Proposed £900

In developing these proposals, the UK Border Agency has sought to limit most increases to
approximately 2%. In addition, the fees paid by dependants, for applications made within
the UK, are being maintained at the current level of 50% of a main applicant’s fee. In future
the UK Border Agency will look to charge the same fee in the UK for dependants and main
applicants, as currently already happens for visa applications made overseas.

I wonder why did they listed ILR in Non PBS while when you apply you do have to score points for age, earning, qualification. Or I am wrong

Although you have to show you meet certain criteria as in the points based system an application for ILR is not a points based application.

Looking at the table headline, it says it is for In country-Non PBS.
Guess it is for people who are under non-PBS like Old WP and other scheme.
But again as OldWP and T1G(PBS), uses the same form (SET-O) I wonder how they will have 2 different fees (If T1G is higher than that, Which I clearly think it will be for ILR based on T1G, simply because old fee for ILR from table (non-PBS) is £496, but current fee for dependent is already £650; I am sure they will not lower fees for T1G dependent).

Hopefully a new form/guidance will spell out how much we have to shell out for main applicant and each dependent.
It could very well be same fees as
Tier-1 (G) Main Applicant from £1300 -> £1800
Tier-1 (G) Dependent from £650 -> £900

IED stands for immigration employment document.

Is there any further update to new fees (from 6/4/12) for ILR based on T1G?
£1800 or £1377 for main applicant?
And £900 or £689 for each dependent?

If you check the link in the opening post in this topic you will see that the fee of £1850 is for "ILR Dependant Relative Postal", and it is even worse for "ILR Dependant Relative PEO" which is no less than £2258 !

Why are we seeing "ILR Dependant Relative"

Though the previous fees for these categories are £1,814 & £2,214 , the change is very minimal about £36 & £44 .

Not a big difference ....

Also are we not supposed to just ILR postal & ILR PEO which is 991 & 1377 ??? which is £19 and £27 extra ????

It says that it is yet to be presented in front of both houses of parliamant for approval i.e. House of Commons and House of Lords. I dont see anyone there objecting to it. So once those legal formalities are over and subject to no one objecting it in both houses, the new fee structure will come into force by 6th April 2012. So anyone making payment after that will have to pay the new rates.

Why are we seeing "ILR Dependant Relative"

There are a number of different paths to ILR, and the application fee varies. People need to pick out the fee relevant to themself.
