Hi,

Can anyone list the documents required to proof self employment for ILR Application. I am providing services of Web Development and management to small companies and they pay me in Gross, I then pay the tax on my income via Accountant. I am also paying Class 2 NI.

Someone who already applied as self employed can please shed some light on what documents should be submitted.

Why you are applying as a self employee ? go as a normal employee that make your life and case easy...

Londonboy1: Are you paying NI on gross salary? Are you on PAYE? Because i know with contracting one pay very less NI and rest is paid as dividends or bonus(depending how your accountant is paying)

I am self employed registered and pay my class 2 NI. I file my tax via my accountant to HMRC. How can i apply as employed? I am self employed.
