Hi All,

I need URGENT help to know what are my options.

Work Permit: 23-03-07 - 23-03-12
Tier 1 (General Migrant) : 08-05-2009 - 08-05-2012
Entered in UK: 11-03-07 (On a Visitor Visa)

I finish 5 years on 23-03-12 for ILR.

I don't qualify for HSMP Judicial Review as per the below snippet. Does that mean I have to score points to get ILR or get HSMP extension ??

Please help

Hi! ashubhatt, yes you have to apply for your ILR with the score bcose as per your first application and UK arrival date not cover on that period.and thats why you not qualify for the Judicial Review policy time period, even further guidence can get from respectable GURUs,seniors and moderators-Thanks

yes, you do not qualify for the ILR under Judicial Reform Review. You will have to apply in the normal category and will have to show 1 year earnings and other documents as proof for the points you are going to claim.
