First of all thanks to this forum and its moderators and members for their support.

Today I received my ILR with one dependent @ Solihull PEO. I applied under HSMP JR (Apr 06 - Nov 06) category. Caseworker was well aware of requirements for JR applications and was very polite and professional lady.
I didnt included my UK born kids in ILR application.
I carried quite a few docs but asked for following.

1) application form, passports, photos
then she carried out few checks on computer
2) P60s
3) employer letter
4) 3 months bank statement
5) 3 months payslips
6) marriage certificate
She did more checks at the back of the office. After few mins she came back and said everything is fine and she is granting me ILR, I should pay the fee and collect the passports after 2 hours.
Note - I offered her co-hab docs but she said for HSMP JR application co-hab docs are not required.
I paid the fee by HSBC banker's draft and collected the passport after 2 hours.

Please feel free to ask if you got any questions.

Hi jinkazama_11,

Congrats on ILR,

Please could you tell, if you have not included your UK Born child in your application? I am in the same boat please advice.

Also did they ask to show all 5 years P60s or only the recent one with pay slips.

Regards

Congratilations jinkazama_11.

I think I am in the same boat as you. I have a query in the SET(O) form in the following thread. If you were in the same, can you help me please?
