ILR query

Hi
Came in this country on WP in May 2008. Got an extension after two years in May 2010 with Tier 2 ICT for one year.
Went back to the home country in April 2011 and got Tier 2 General leave to remain. Entered this country again in May before my old Tier 2 ICT was expired.
I have two questions:
1. From April 2010 Tier 2 ICT was excluded from ILR/PR. But I got Tier 2 ICT from extending the WP. Am I still eligible to apply after 5 years
2. I went back to get Tier 2 General in 2011 but I came back before my previous visa was expired. So I guess my clock is not resetted?
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
