Hello friends,
I fall in WP + HSMP + Tier 1 category,
Do I have to submit any document for my WP , and what document should I provide ?

If you are using your WP as part of your 5 years continuous stay, then Yes you need to provide WP related documents.
But if you completing 5 years on just HSMP+Tier-1, then you don’t need to worry about WP.

I have work permit letter.
what else it is required caz its been long time i was on WP.

carry P60s/45s covering 5 year period or payslips from the WP period.
they key thing you may need to prove is you worked for the employer that sponsored your WP.

Thx ban u relived me from tension, I thought do I need employer latter for my WP.
I have P60 and alos I have Work Permit letter with me.

if you formally resigned from your WP employment and received a release letter, you may wish to carry that.
P60s , payslips and employer letter are all considered to be documents from same source - so you can submit any of the above to support that satisfied the immigration conditions during WP period.
