Buisness visa period for ILR

Hi,
My visa history in UK is 3 months buisness visa + 1 year WP + Rest period Tier2 ICT.
I am wondering whether can I include buisness visa period for ILR. The policy guidance says, the most recent period must have been spent with leave as a Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) Migrant, in any combination of the following categories:
(i) as a Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) Migrant,
(ii) as a Qualifying Work Permit Holder, or
(iii) as a representative of an overseas Business.
For what the 3rd point stands for?
