Went and got ILR for myself , my wife and child yesterday. Falls under 5 yr judicial review. Took 5 kg worth of paper work and photostats.
1)£800 extra for premium but well worth it if you have travel plans in 6 months time or your case is slightly complicated.(current waiting time for postal is 4-6 months for all)
2) can pay by most credit and debit cards at croydon - just inform bank a day earlier.
3) Asked only for 3 months bank statements and payslips with photocopies
4) asked for P60/accountant letter for 5 yr period (doesnt need bank statements for last 5 yrs)
5)Letter from employer very important - to state when working from and alsolast 3 months salary confirmation on letter. make sure they can easily access your info from employer by including contact details.
6)never asked for dependants eventhough they were with me
7)Took 3 hrs in total.
8)Didnt ask for co inhabitation documents either.
