Hi,

I am planning to apply ILR on the basis of residing 5 years in the UK.
My visa categories were as follows:

1. WP (1st 2 years) - Starting from May 2007 or a month before it.
2. Tier1 general (next 3years)
3. Tier1 general extension (next 2 years until 30th Dec 2013)

Question 1 - Is the checklist given here complete ? - http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... bac6a259dd

Question 2 - Will I require additional documents to prove earnings (I was a permanent employee, then on contract and now self employed).

Appreciate your help on this please.

Kind Regards,
Girish.

As for your earning documents is concerned ... those you use to prove your points claim should be sufficient... Payslips + Bank Statements + Dividend vouchers + Letter from accountant confirming your earnings. And this needs to be for the number of months you are showing to claim the points.

Thanks Sunil. Since i am applying on the basis of 5 year stay. Do I need to show pay slips and dividend vouchers etc..for all 5 years, please?

You would need P60's for all 5 years (Ideally)

And payslips, dividend vouchers for only last 12 months or the period you are claiming for your points.

Unless that you only need 3 months statements and payslips.
