Hi all,

Just a quick question as I'm paranoid that I may fill the form out wrong and get rejected for a small mistake!!

1.4 Your full name as in your passport or travel document
1.5 Surname or family name

This seems slightly strange, but I assume 1.4 would be "JOE ANTHONY BLOGGS" and 1.5 would be "BLOGGS" - it just seems strange that 1.4 would normally be "JOE ANTHONY" and 1.5 "BLOGGS" on most applications.

I am pretty sure that it needs to be the former, but I just want to make sure I have this right!!

1.4 - JOE ANTHONY
1.5 - BLOGGS

1.4 actually means your full GIVEN names
1.5 means surname (name your inherited)

If they ask for your full name then they require your full name including your surname. If they required your given names only this is what they would ask for.
