ILR need to apply more then 330 days out of Country

Hi,
Please hele me , i want to apply ILR this Sep 2012,but i have over spend above 90 days.i have all my p60s and i have worked all my 5 years in IT consultant.
my Case:
WP(2 ye) + T1G 1 (3 ye) + EXt T1G(2ye) (My visa will exp :29 sep 2013)
Absence at the time of appln: 242+40 days personal trip.
5 personal trips) outside the UK in 5 yrs; single absence was more than 250 days. 250 days paid by indian employee.
Self + 1 dependent
