Hi,

I have just booked a PEO appointment online for next month and the confirmation page states that we should print and sign the official form with us to the interview. To do so it asks us to click continue / next. However on selecting next there is no form shown or any option to download one. Could someone please confirm if this refers to the Set O application form or is there any other form that we need to fill out as well.

SET(O) is the correct form if you are applying on the basis of a work visa like WP, Tier-1 or Tier-2.

If you are on a spouse visa, you need SET(M) form for ILR.

We will be applying under Tier 1 General so will be using the Set O form. Just wanted to check if this is the same form the confirmation page refers to or if there is any other form in addition.

No it’s the same form and can be downloaded from this link. Make sure you use the latest form and guidance which say “valid from 29th Feb 2012”.
