Hello guys,

I have recently received my SAR report and they have sent me load of dovcuments including thier database screenshots such as CID or GCID etc and I was keen to know if there is any civil judgment or CCJ recorded against me. I havn't found anything and its clean as day light. Is it still possible they will do some more checks at the time of ILR?

The issue is I doubt i have a CCJ against me for my fair evasion back in 2008 and this is my fear but since I changed my addresses frequently during that time and never receievd any notice and forgot totally. I fear if i say "No" and they find out and refuse on general grounds.

I have recently requested for my Basic crb and I will have it soon hopefully but i am running short of time. I fear if i dont receive it on time, what I should declare. FYI - I am registred with Experian and there is no CCJ on there.

Please help!

I don’t think so SAR would have record of any CCJ’s.

You can check your credit report (Experian or Equifax) to see if any Judgments are issued as a result of County or High Court action.

And also you can obtain your basic CRB from www.disclosurescotland.co.uk to see if you have any Criminal Convictions or Warnings.
