Hi,

What should be the ILR date if HSPM Visa was stamped on is 28-01-2008 (Incountry)....

31-12-2012 or 02-01-2013 Begin 01-01-2013 as new year Holiday..

Please clarify...

28 days is 28 days. It's not extended. If it falls on a holiday then you go to the next business day. My 28 days was a Sunday so made my appointment for the Monday. You can apply within the 28 day window, not before.

Monday, 31 December 2012. I don’t think so there is a holiday on 31st Dec 2012,so you can apply on this date.
