Hi,

My current days outside UK is around 220 days out of I was not well for 35 days, what kind of doctors certificate would I require for this? I was suffering my Typhoid and was adviced rest for some time.
I manage through my own company so I am taking a salary every month in UK. Do i still need a doctors certificate? If Yes will my case still be strong for ILR? Please advice am a bit worried over this?

Regards,
Shin

If you have taken salary thru the absence , then you can very well show that as a paid leave or business absence ...

If you choose to show medical reason then get the regular doctors certificate stating your illness and that you were advised not to travel.
