ILR Dependant - form name?

Hiya,
I am on Tier1(General) and my wife is on Tier1(General) Dependant visa, I am completing my 5yrs this month and my wife hasn't completed 2yrs in the UK yet, so I am planning to apply for ILR for myself so I would like to know what VISA should I apply for my wife? Is there anything called ILR Dependant visa? If so can I have the form name please because I am struggling to find correct form in UKBA website.
One more question, do me and my wife have to apply for ILR and ILR dependant respectively at the same time? or I can apply ILR first for myself, once I get PR then I can apply ILR Dependant visa for my wife? I am not really sure if its legal for my wife to be on Tier1(General) Dependant while I am on ILR.
