Hello fellows,
My ILR is due this year in October. My wife joined me as my dependent in Auguest 2011. As it stands she won't have her 2 years completed so won't qualify for ILR along side me.

I am thinking of going PEO same day route.

What are my options for the wife ? Can I apply for her FLR when I apply for my ILR or what other options I have ?

Yes you will have to go for FLR and you can do that the very same day

Of course, you will have to book two appointments.
First for your ILR and Second for her FLR.
Once You get your ILR granted based on that she will be granted her extension.
