Hi all,
I will be applying for ILR in May but find the salary threshold confusing.
I am currently paid above the yearly rate. Is that rate correspond to 37.5 hour week? Or it can be any hour, as in my case 45 hours a week?
Thank you.

I think it is for 37.5 hours. Please read page1 on this

The rates are based on Hourly rates and weekly hours of 37.5. If you are working for 45 hours its not a problem. You just need to be paid above the appropiate hourly rate set in SOC.

Thank you for the prompt replies,
After reading the section numerous times, this is where I am so confused,
"The job must be paid the minimum salary below, which is derived either from the Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings (ASHE) or, where alternative salary data is available, from an alternative code of practice.
Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings: No
Other code of practice: Yes
Minimum Rates: X "
It states - for ASHE : No,
other codes of practice : Yes,
So does that mean minimum rate is irrespective hourly rate?
Cheers
