HI,
I have a question regarding the change of name on ILR.
I got ILR in Dec 2010, then I got divorce due to DV last year.
I would like to take back my maiden name, so I am thinking to apply new passport (I am non-EU national) with my maiden name. But my ILR is on my current passport with marriege name.
My question is that how can I change my name on ILR to maiden name ? And is it possible to transfer it to my new passport?

Any advice would be really appreciated.

I already checked the link you suggested me, but what I would like to know is how I can change the name printed on ILR on current passport.
Because my current ILR has my marriage name, but now I am divorce. So I want to change the name on ILR to my maiden name.
Do I need to re-apply ILR ??
Does anyone know??
