Hi,

My friend is on a Tier 2 general now.. he was on Tier 2 intra company trsf WP for 1 year 8 months.. he had break in the UK for 2 months while he got the Tier 2 general visa entry clearance done in India. The Tier 2 Intra com. visa and the present Tier 2 visa are for a totally different employer..

Can anyone please confirm if this 1 year 8 months will be included if he applies for the ILR later.

It should count fine because the gap is not more than 3 months continously . ICT was removed forILR for those granted after 2010 setp/oct I think but need to check again.
