Hi All,

i am currently on wp since Sept 2007 and recently offered new job by company which will sponsor my tier2. i want to apply ILR in sept. Does new job affect ILR? your help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

It shouldnt affect your ILR in terms of continuity as long as you switch to tier 2 in country.
Ofcourse when applying in Sept you have to show evidence that you met requirements whilst on wp (e.g. P60s and previous employer letter) in addition to meeting requirement for your employment at the time of applying e.g SOC code, salary threshold per SOC code and letter from employer confirming that you are needed for the employment in question.
