You must apply for a Tier 1 extension.

If you entered UK within no more than 3 months since EC approval, the absence may be ignored under the modernised guidance.

I would agree with push. If you entered UK within 90 days of getting EC, you are eligible to apply for ILR 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your EC.

i entered 74 days late, got my ILR yesterday at liverpool.
case worker didnt even asked for it. as long as you enter within 90 days of EC you are alright . one of my friend also was late to enter by 65 days and got his ILR from sheffield last september.

good luck :)

drzeevoh73: I am guessing you applied for ILR 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your entry clearance ?
