My husband had his ILR last November, based on 10 years legal stay.
I need to apply for ILR as his spouse in addition to 2 under 16 children, we were always dependents for my husband and are now on tier 1, which will expire November 2012. Which form should I use to apply for ILR?

If my husband started receiving child benifits since getting his ILR, will this have any effect on my application to get ILR? or his application( when time is due) to british nationlity? Child benifit is the only benifit( public fund) that my husband receives.
