Will Childcare vouchers & Early education grant effect I

Hi,
I’ve two questions;
(1) I am using my employer childcare vouchers to pay part of my child nursery fees. Is it ok to use childcare vouchers which are tax free as these are deducted from gross salary? - Will this effect ILR?
(2) Has early education grant from UK government for 3-4 years old children will have an effect on ILR?
