Hi There

My Tier 1 Genreal is finishing on Second week of October 2012. When is the earliest date I can apply.

I have read somewhere it was 3 months ago but as you know the rules are changing nearly every day??? So i dont know when should i apply, I am planning to apply at least 45 days before !!

Have you heard any new Changes except for Fees in ILR application from 6th of April

Please let me know !!!!

There are no changes expected to Tier- based ILRs on 6th April. Also you can only apply 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your Entry Clearance date (as long as you entered UK with 90 days of getting EC).

I was on SEGS visa and I was in UK when i got my HSMP
Can you please tell me how soon i can apply for ILR
My ILR is due on 2nd week of Oct 2012 and I am planning to apply at least 45 days before by PEO

You can aply 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your hsmp stamp date.
