ILR 6 weeks earlier

Hello guys
My Tier 1 visa is due to expire in June and I would only get eligible for ILR in the middle of next month.
I was wondering if there are any exceptional circumstances that home office considers by which I can apply for ILR earlier. The reason in my case is buying a house. We have got an offer accepted on a house that we really want to buy and if we delay then estate agent would defenetely sell it somewhere else.
And without indefinite no lender is ready to lend us money.
Any thoughts please help.
Thanks very much.

I am sorry to say this, but till date I have not heard that someone's ILR has been granted 6 weeks early because of House buy or some other genuine ground of compassionate nature.

Saby26: if you entered the UK within 90 days of getting the entry clearance, then you are eligible to apply for ILR 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your EC date.
What date you got your EC and when did you first enter the UK ?

Date of Entry clearance: 13th June 2007
Date entered: 22nd June 2007
So is there no way I can apply before 17th of May ??

I am afraid the earliest you can apply is Wednesday, 16 May 2012.

Also, please note the PEO slots become available exactly 42 days in advance and to book a PEO appointment for 16th May 2012, you need to grab it on Wednesday, 4 April 2012 (midnight when the date changes from 03 April to 4th April).

Thanks for being helpful all the time....
I am planning to go on May 15th, hence will be trying to do appointment today...( after 12.00 midnight )
I need to apply for me and my wife. My son ( 5 years old ) is born in UK, hence as advised on this forum, will be applying for his nationality once we get ILR. But I want to take him to PEO on 15th May...
My question is- Should I book appointment for two and they will allow my son to accompany us or to book for three of us, though actual application is for two..
Your advice/suggestions will be highly appreciated.
Regards.

Raj422: I think you don’t need to book appointment for your son as he is not applying for any visa, but I am sure if you take him with you, they would let him in.

Well every other person has answered your question and to my reading they are right.
I, however, need to tell you that Halifax do offer you mortgage even if you don't have ILR. Both me and my friend have their mortgages successful. They didn't even asked for the visa expiry date. Just to let you know that my Visa is expiring in September 2012, that is just in six months.
So it totally depends upon, which bank you are getting your mortgage.
So try again, and I also confirm that earliest you can apply is 16 May 2012, as calculated by linkers.
