I'm eligible to apply for 10 yrs ILR. I'm in Tier 2 Visa now. Can I apply for myself ILR now and leave my wife's dependent visa as it is. Once I received my ILR, can she apply ILR on a same day service for her?

The reason I'm asking this is, at least she can have her passport to travel as the 10 year ILR cases may take months to decide.

you mean to say, there is no option to apply later on as they do in out-country settlement visa (which they apply after the main applicant's ILR is issued)?
