Hi

Can anyone confirm if the home office sends you documents or a bundle before the appeal?

I read that they are supposed to on this form

Application Refused: 15th of April
Appeal: 16th of April
Reconsideration Letter sent: 16th April

Hi Samelami ,
My lawyer has received the bundle from HO as I have a hearing on 17th july, the documents contain the photocopy of all the documents which I have sent with my eea2 application.Have you received any thing from HO.

congrats, Have you paid a fee as well, I had to pay but I was told I might get a refund if the judge feels I am entitled to one

How long did it take to get a court date from the day you sent the appeal as I am still waiting
EEA 4 applied - 15th November 2015

How long did it take to get a court date from the day you sent the appeal as I am still waiting
No I didnt I was entitled for a legal aid,and as per my experience it takes up to 45 days to get a hearing date from the day you sent the appeal form but it depends on your case and tribunal its just my idea ,also can you please confirm me if you have heard this before that tribunal might give a decision and not go for a oral hearing if the provided evidence is enough..

yup i heard that as well, my solicitor told me they tend to make a decision on their own if enough evidence is provided

Just incase though I asked for an oral hearing
