EEA3 PR for eu working part time and got JSA

i am from italy I came to Britain since 2007, and I started to work part-time and get JSA benefit Can I get permanent residence now because i spent 5 years and I work ? and Is JSA with job part time for 5 years will affect the EEA3 ??

How long did you get JSA? How much did you work part-time (how many hours, for the long)?
