EEA4 Rufusal

Post by Rjum » Fri Dec 06, 2013 2:41 pm

Hi
My husband is French lives and works in UK since 2001. I lived in UK since July 2008 and received EEA2 visa expire date Oct 2014.
I have sent application EEA4 for PR visa. Today I have received home office letter Rufusal a permanent Residence care (NO Requuirement to leave the UK) .
The reason You have not provided evidence that EEA national resided in the UK in accordance with those Regulations during that 5 year period.

I have provided all documents excepted P.60 of my husband some year missing.

I need some advice, Do I need to make and appeal by sending the documents? How long it will take?

Can I wait to apply Citizen next year which in July next year proof I live in UK almost 6 years? Do I have any problem with the refused EEA4?

Thanks,

Can you ask your husband to get a statement of National Insurance account covering the year you dont have P60 for from HMRC? If can get this, then I will advice you to go reconsideration and appeal at the same time.

Yes, my husband have all statement of National insurance from the accountant. I read the details from letter need to make an appeal within 5 business days this is correct?

Can you give me the advice how to appeal? Do I need to send all documents including passport again?

Thanks,
