New Nationality

Hi All,

One of my friend (non-EEA national) married to a polish nationals two years ago and then came here by EEA Permit and then got his RC.

IMO, he made a mistake and asked his wife to acquire British Nationality and his wife did it. Now his wife is a dual national of Poland and UK.

My question is that whether this dual citizenship has any effect on non-EEA family member status and if he is able to apply for PR after 5 years?
